Welcome to 'Fencing Facts". We hope you find this site useful and please do provide us some feedback.

Our purpose

We aim to provide the fencer with information on past and future events. Key features are:

Allows fencers to view their own competition history including events attended, and poule/DE results.
View upcoming events and be informed of the history of the fencers involved.
Be alerted via email of new events and changes to entry lists as well as other notifications.
Upload and view videos of their fights and anyone who shares thier permissions. (IN DEVELOPMENT)

Predictions

If a fencer chooses they can see our predicted results of individual fights or events. Including possible affects on England ranking. This functionality can be toggled on and off.
( Predicting the results of any fencing match is very difficult. The predictions use a calculation based on previous results. It should only be used 'for fun'.)

Compare the historic results of 2 fencers and using an automated formulae, predict the result if they were to fence each other again.

Predict the results of future competitions based on historical results.

Fencers should look to GBR & England Fencing for the actual current rankings. Our rankings are only indicitive.
